#43 RJ Helton
Next on my American Idol finalist countdown is my number 43 American Idol finalist RJ Helton. He got third place on American Idol season 1; he made the finals via Wild Card. He was born on May 17, 1981. He hails from Cumming, Georgia. He auditioned for American Idol season 1 in Atlanta, Georgia, with the song "Never Can Say Goodbye" by The Jackson 5. He had made demo CDs before his time on American Idol.
